We offer you the ability to ‘piggyback’ off of a portfolio of seasoned credit card accounts. And/or assume Auto/installment/Revolving Credit Lines up to $30,000.

Once added as an authorized user you inherit the history associated with that trade line on your credit report. All the tradelines have minimal balances to ensure that your credit report will not reflect additional debt. The impact is a boost in your credit between 25-45 points per trade line added. We don’t perform credit repair. Some might say we perform credit miracles instead. 

If you are working with a mortgage broker, we will forward the letter from the credit card company stating that you have been added. Your Mortgage Broker can then do what is known as a ‘Rapid Re-Score’ – tradelines could appear on your credit within 3-5 days of submission (instead of the usual 30-45.) Therefore in days your credit can reflect the positive changes. Useful for a ‘quick fix.’

Your tri-merge credit report is analyzed using two proprietary software programs to determine the most efficient and effective methods to improve your credit scores.

A customized plan is developed which includes:

 Addition of the proper # and type of tradelines (fees apply, no credit checks required)
 Removal of derogatory tradelines
 Improving the management of open tradelines

We act as your resource for a 12 month period to ensure you achieve your desired results. Coaches on staff include underwriters, mortgage brokers and real estate investors. All of our methods are legal and will yield permanent results.

  How Does it Work?

The loan you will be getting is similar to a "Deposit Loan Program" or a "Starter Loan Program". We disperse up to $50,000 in cash, but instead of turning that cash over to you, it is immediately deposited into a non interest bearing account that you have no access to. As an extra level of protection, we have contracted with a Fortune 500 loan servicing company to handle all the payments, and more importantly the credit reporting on our accounts. An origination fee is added to the Set Up fee below. This will create an added assurance that your loan will be managed professionally and reported properly. Although we use a third party servicing company, all of the loans are originated and secured directly by our associates funding company.

Terms

• A non-refundable set up + origination fee is charged for every loan (see table)
• The monthly payments will continue for as long as you have the loan
• A six month minimum term is required for all tradelines

Our recommendations:

Consumer Credit:

1. Open an account in the amount that is equal to 1/2 your yearly income
2. Most mortgages that need tradelines will require them to be reporting for 6-12 months in order to qualify for a mortgage (please confirm with your Mtge. broker)

Business Credit:

1. Open ‘one’ $50,000 account if you want to be considered by banks for large cash credit lines
2. Open ‘three’ accounts ($150,000) if you are looking to build corporate credit
